Who processes your data?
KB IE, publisher of Homaloc, is the controller for enquiries received through this website and its audience measurement. Contact: contact@homaloc.com or Wojo Cœur Défense, 110 esplanade du Général de Gaulle, 92400 Courbevoie, France.
Responding to your enquiry
The form collects your email, any first name and message you provide, your chosen language and technical information needed to track delivery. Only your email is required. Without it, we cannot respond.
We use this information to answer your request, arrange a demonstration and follow up on related exchanges. Enquiries about using the service are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other correspondence and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Do not send rental files, identity documents or sensitive information through the contact form.
Audience measurement with your consent
Optional Umami measurement stays disabled until you accept it. It records generic page paths and predefined actions such as clicking a button, viewing a section or submitting an enquiry.
Form contents, names, emails, income and property addresses are excluded from events. A random session identifier changes daily and is not linked to an account. The measurement relay does not forward your IP address to Umami. Do Not Track is respected.
Use the “Privacy · analytics” button to refuse or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future measurement without affecting processing previously carried out with your consent.
Who receives the data?
Authorised people at KB IE access information needed to handle enquiries. Hostinger provides hosting and Resend handles email delivery. Audience measurement uses an Umami instance hosted on our infrastructure.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact contact@homaloc.com for information about processing countries and safeguards applicable to your enquiry. Contact form information is not published on the website.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while your enquiry and the resulting relationship are being handled. Once no longer needed for this purpose, it is intended to be deleted, except for records required to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Audience events are retained for 90 days and their rolling backups for 7 days. Your audience preference on this website expires after six months.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may withdraw consent at any time where it is the legal basis and leave instructions about your data after death under French law.
Email contact@homaloc.com with enough information to locate your request. Proof of identity is requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity. The usual response period is one month; a reasoned extension may apply in the circumstances set out in the GDPR.
You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr or by post: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
