The service
Homaloc helps agencies follow rental requests by property, from a selected incoming email, a public link or manual entry. A rental request is an initial contact, distinct from a complete rental application. The website homaloc.com presents the service; the application is available at app.homaloc.com.
Homaloc does not act as an intermediary in signing a lease or replace an agency, landlord or their professional obligations.
Accounts and access
Information supplied must be accurate and updated where necessary. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and managing access granted to your team. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to contact@homaloc.com.
Access requires suitable equipment and connectivity. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt the service. Any specific availability commitments are governed by your contract.
Listings and requests
Only import, publish or submit content you are authorised to use. Importing a listing does not transfer rights to its text, photographs or brands. The source platform’s rules still apply.
Users must not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, access another person’s data without authorisation or bypass technical protections and limits.
Request follow-up and letting decisions
Homaloc helps organise incoming requests and track planned actions. The request workflow described on this website does not automatically score or rank new contacts. An initial request is not a complete rental application.
The agency or landlord remains responsible for communications with interested people, any checks it chooses to make and every letting decision. Homaloc does not replace its judgement or professional obligations.
Homaloc does not guarantee a time to let, an applicant’s availability or the absence of unpaid rent.
Personal data
The agency or landlord determines the purposes and means of processing applications for which it is responsible. This includes informing applicants, determining an appropriate legal basis and retention period, restricting access and handling rights requests.
The application’s privacy policy explains the data processed and Homaloc’s role. Data processing terms and any specific commitments are governed by the contractual documentation applicable to the customer.
Plans and payment
Features, quotas, prices, billing and cancellation arrangements are those presented for the selected plan and its associated contractual terms. Requesting a demonstration does not create a paid subscription.
These terms do not replace commercial terms or a contract with KB IE. Specific contractual commitments prevail within their scope.
Liability, changes and contact
Each party is responsible for its own breaches under applicable law and contract. Nothing on this page removes mandatory rights available to users.
